Your pH levels
Our lungs are amazing organs which help us breathe and exchange oxygen (O2) with carbon dioxide (CO2). This process is about removing excess carbon from our cells and blood which assist in balancing the acidity and alkalinity levels in our body, this helps us maintain pH level of 7.4 in our blood. This is also a similar ideal pH level of water and soil for growth.
This balance is maintained by 3 main organs working together to keep the balance. These 3 organs include the brain, heart and lungs. 2 independent parts of the brain work together, one to monitor oxygen levels in the blood and the other monitors the carbon dioxide levels.

The body’s pH is between 7.32 and 7.42 – an acid body will take calcium from the bones and teeth and potassium from the muscles. Your chemist/health food shop sells pH sticks for you to test your own levels. Just pee on it J
Can take 1 tsp of Bi-Carb Soda (sodium bicarbonate) - McKenzie’s Bi-Carb Soda (Baking Soda) in the cooking section of your supermarket. Mix in ½ cup water whenever feel jaded. This restores the pH levels. BUT do not overdo.
Sodium bicarbonate is a natural compound found throughout nature—in the ocean, in the soil, in our foods, and in our bodies. Baking soda is a neutralizer of many other compounds, which makes it extremely helpful as a medicine in this age of toxicity that we are all presently passing through. Its backbone characteristic is to maintain balance of carbon dioxide, bicarbonate and pH. Sodium bicarbonate is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. CO2 levels in the blood, which is increased by intake of sodium bicarbonate, is one vital key to oxygen delivery to the cells. So something as simple as baking soda can often give almost instant relief for a wide range of medical situations.

Blood, Sweat, and Buffers: pH Regulation During Exercise
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Most modern diets give rise to unhealthy acidic pH conditions. An imbalanced pH will interrupt cellular activities and functions to extreme levels as ph drops further. Excessive acidic pH leads to cellular deterioration which eventually brings on serious health problems such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and heartburn. The fact that the biological life functions best in a non-acidic (alkaline) environment speaks miles about the usefulness of baking soda.
Sodium bicarbonate is effective in treating poisonings or overdoses from many chemicals and pharmaceutical drugs by negating their cardiotoxic and neurotoxic effects. It is the main reason it is used by orthodox oncology – to mitigate the highly toxic effects of chemotherapy.
Sodium bicarbonate possesses the property of absorbing heavy metals, dioxins and furans. Comparison of cancer tissue with healthy tissue from the same person shows that the cancer tissue has a much higher concentration of toxic chemicals, pesticides, etc.
At Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, researcher Don York has used baking soda to clean soil contaminated with uranium. Sodium bicarbonate binds with uranium, separating it from the dirt; so far, York has removed as much as 92 percent of the uranium from contaminated soil samples.
Dr. Loyd Jenkins of the Budwig Center says, “If there is one thing you could do every day that would dramatically fight disease and increase your energy, consuming lemon juice combined with baking soda would be on the top of the list.
Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) lives up to the image on the Arm and Hammers box (McKenzie's in Australia), it is the ultimate heavy weight work horse medicine that every healthcare professional and parent should be knowledgeable about and routinely using.
“When combined with other strong but basic natural substances like magnesium chloride and iodine one has at ones fingertips a trinity of medical super heroes ready to perform scientific medical miracles in a single bound.”
We are talking about serious medicine when we talk about sodium bicarbonate. Earlier and more frequent use of sodium bicarbonate is associated with higher early resuscitability rates and with better long-term neurological outcomes in emergency units. Sodium bicarbonate is very beneficial during CPR.

Some think that baking soda is the most potent anti-fungal substance there is because of its ability to rapidly change the Candida colonies’ pH from acid to alkaline, which effectively kills off the yeast before it has time to adapt to new environments. The problem with anti-fungal drugs, is that fungi are extremely adaptive, and can accommodate themselves to a new environment in three to four days. This renders anti-fungal drugs largely ineffective. The fungi do not adapt to the baking soda.
Bicarbonate is present in all body fluids
and organs and plays a major role in
the acid-base balances in the human body.
Bicarbonate deficiency is the most unrecognized medical condition on earth even though it is extraordinarily common. Problems from acid pH levels (relative deficiency in bicarbonate ions) take a large toll from human physiology and the more acid a person gets the larger the problem for cell physiology. Every biochemical reaction is pH sensitive with enzymes being especially sensitive. Our diet plays an important role in maintaining appropriate pH levels in the body.
Bicarbonate is inorganic, very alkaline and like other mineral type substances supports an extensive list of biological functions. Sodium bicarbonate happens to be one of our most useful medicines because bicarbonate physiology is fundamental to life and health. So helpful and elementary it’s even instrumental in helping sperm swim up and enter the cervical canal.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Digestive System - Most digestive disorders, such as indigestion, nausea, bloating, gastric reflux, are symptoms caused by excess acid in the gastric region and not enough alkaline minerals in the intestinal tract. If the alkaline minerals from enzyme rich foods are missing then the pancreas will become exhausted, and once the pancreas is exhausted, it loses the ability to decode the food and tell the body what to do with it. This will lead to a degenerative spiral of entropy where organs become confused and inflamed.
Circulatory System - Acidity is the principal cause of heart disease. It is well established that many fats are extremely important and essential for cardiovascular health. Good fats can actually help heal the inflammation that underlies arteriosclerosis. When the arteries thicken with plague it is not as a response to good fats, it is inflammation created by the internal acidic environment. The body responds to the acidity by lining the vessels with fatty plaques to prevent life-threatening leaks, which arrest imminent death, but strain the heart because the aperture for the blood to flow through is narrower. When the heart becomes completely exhausted, this is known as a heart attack.
Immune System - Acidic environments are breeding grounds for anaerobic pathogens whereas the high levels hydrogen of rich body fluids keep bad bacteria inactive. As the great scientist, Antoine Béchamp famously observed 'The germ is nothing, the terrain is everything.' Whether bad bacteria and pathogens incubate or remain dormant, all depends on the ratio of cellular pH.
Respiratory System - When the tissues and organs are overloaded by acidity the transport of oxygen is strangled. This suffocation means the cells cannot breathe properly. Every cell in our body needs to breathe new oxygen and to clear acidic carbon dioxide to function correctly. When the ratio of acidity is too high then wastes in the form of mucus and infections and viruses build up in our lungs, which leads to colds, bronchitis, asthma, etc.
“The end product of respiration is carbon dioxide, and it is an essential component of the life process. The ability to produce and retain enough carbon dioxide is as important for longevity as the ability to conserve enough heat to allow chemical reactions to occur as needed. Carbon dioxide protects cells in many ways. By bonding to amino groups, it can inhibit the glycation of proteins during oxidative stress, and it can limit the formation of free radicals in the blood; inhibition of xanthine oxidase is one mechanism (Shibata, et al., 1998). It can reduce inflammation caused by endotoxin/LPS, by lowering the formation of tumor necrosis factor, IL-8 and other promoters of inflammation (Shimotakahara, et al., 2008). It protects mitochondria (Lavani, et al., 2007), maintaining (or even increasing) their ability to respire during stress,” writes Dr. Ray Peat.
Skeletal System - Arthritis is one of the most disabling diseases in developed countries. The word arthritis means "inflammation of the joint" and is used to describe pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints. The two main form of arthritis are Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. Both forms are related to pH imbalance and accumulation of acid deposits in the joints and wrists. It is this accumulated acid that damages cartilage. When the cells that produce the lubricating synovial fluids and bursa fluids are acidic, this condition causes a dryness that irritates and swells the joints. When uric acid builds up it tends to deposit in the form of crystals, like broken glass in the feet, hands, knees and back. Osteoarthritis is not a 'wear-and-tear' condition.
Integumentary System - Commonly known as the skin. When the body's pH is out of balance then the build up of acid causes inflammation and the skin is less able to function as a natural barrier against infection. As a result, the skin tends to develop lesions and sores open to the surface of the body, and the formation of skin eruptions occur like pimples or rashes.
Nervous System - Acidity weakens the nervous system by depriving it of energy. This is also known as 'devitalizing' or 'enervation'. It makes the physical, mental, and emotional body weak.
Excretory System - This is also known as the urinary system. It is made up of multiple organs, the main one being the kidneys. The kidneys perform the task of filtering fluids and purifying our blood. If the body is overwhelmed by excess acids, compensatory mechanisms spring into action, one of them is the pulling of alkaline minerals from your bones and dumping them in the blood. If this occurs frequently enough, the minerals build up in the kidneys in the form of painful kidney stones.
Muscular System - When acidity increases in the muscle cells, it disrupts the metabolism breakdown of glucose and oxygen to energy. This means muscles perform poorly in an acidic environment. An alkaline system on the other hand allows for much better aerobic metabolism and energy for the body's recovery from strenuous exercise eg when someone is acidic from their breathing because they take large gulping inhales while doing the simplest tasks: walking and talking, as their body finds it difficult to adequately deliver oxygen into the cells - a symptom of acidosis.
There are many more diseases and disorders that are associated with an acidic condition - cataracts, osteoporosis, gout, cancer, migraines, constipation, morning sickness, stroke, allergies, diabetes, obesity, etc.
Too much animal protein increases calcium excretion. Calcium from bones and teeth. Eat foods high in potassium and magnesium to protect your bones.
POTASSIUM Lean beef, lamb, all vegetables, dried apricots, avocado, bananas, citrus fruits, dates, herring, nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans), baked potato, raisins, sardines, sunflower seeds, broccoli, glass of milk, prunes, kidney beans, cantaloupe, orange, peach, sweet potato, rock melon, orange juice, mango, strawberries, cream of tartar.
MAGNESIUM Cashews, walnuts, almonds, brewer’s yeast, cashews, cocoa, mineral water, molasses, parsnips, soy beans, wholegrain cereals, kelp, eggs, seeds, seafood, dark chocolate, dried fruits, canned pineapple, berries, currants, beans, dates, avocados.

Since our body is about 80 to 99% water (depending on how you count), consuming bicarbonates and magnesium will directly affect the vast majority of our bodies. Dr. Gerald Pollack is a Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington. He says that the previous 60 to 70 percent estimate of the human body’s water content was based on the volume of water in the body as a percentage of the body’s total volume. Pollack made his revised estimate based on the percentage of individual water molecules in the body, compared to the total number of molecules.
By the molecule method of calculation, the human body’s water percentage becomes a whopping 99%. Pollack’s assertion that water is more important to the human body than previously realized supports Sharon Kleyne’s theory that the lack of adequate water in the body, known as “dehydration,” is ultimately responsible for most disease processes. Kleyne and Pollack agreed that it makes little sense to study disease and body functioning without water in the equation.[5]
So treating water makes sense and the absolute best way is to drink magnesium bicarbonate water. The second best way is with an inexpensive product called pH Adjust, which is a combination of sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and magnesium carbonate. Ingesting bicarbonates and magnesium with water is the simplest way to achieve an ideal pH balance in the body. It is important to note that adding these minerals will make your water alkaline in a far better way than any alkaline water machine will that create high pH water with little alkalinity.
When we take bicarbonates:
Drinking high alkaline magnesium/bicarbonate water increases digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy levels and detoxifies the cells. One of the main functions of water is to carry harmful acidic waste products; but, with the accumulation of acidic waste from polluted air, water, and food, combined with the everyday toxins created by the metabolic processes of the human body, we are finding it harder and harder to maintain the proper pH balance for health.
Conclusion
It is one of the greatest sins of modern medicine, and even alternative medicine, which ignores carbon dioxide and bicarbonate physiology. Seem like the last thing anyone wants to know is that bicarbonate is one of the primary medicines to treat severe or mild COVID infections and is also an outstanding preventative because viruses are pH-sensitive. And God forbid you get COVID and a yeast or fungal infection, sodium bicarbonate will come to the rescue.
However, none of this matters to most doctors, health officials, or even social media organizations who have gone insane over COVID vaccines. It is all they can see or want to see. A perfect example of the insanity is Twitter slapping an “unsafe link” warning on a study from the American Heart Association, which found that mRNA vaccines dramatically increase the risk of developing heart diseases from 11% to 25%. The new Twitter CEO should be slapped with practicing medicine without a license warrant.
That goes for the top staff of Facebook and most politicians. We have a new world full of doctors, without any training whatsoever, playing doctor. The world of appropriate medicine does not exist anymore, and perhaps it never did since the lovely people from the Rockefeller family took over medical education almost 120 years ago.
Bicarbonates are the right way to go. Vaccines, masks, lockdowns, which are coming again in full force, are without doubt the wrong way to go unless you are a trained politician, social, or mainstream media executive. With their complete medical training, they know better than the rest of us.
